2024) Batman v Superman (Mother's Name)

Little fanart of Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice, where I decided to pay homage to the film and especially to a scene that wasn't loved by many. The infamous 'Martha' scene. I don't know if people didn't understand it, or just found it stupid... but I loved it!

When he hears the kryptonian begging him to save Martha (Clark's adoptive mother), Bruce first believes that he is talking about his own mother (also named Martha), who died when he was young: a death that has always haunted Bruce.
But when Lois Lane runs in and explains that it's Clark's mother, Bruce freezes. He understands that if he kills Superman, he condemns another Martha to die, and in turn becomes a mother's killer. He lets Superman live, goes to save his mother, and finds a chance to save (a different) Martha.

The film is profound, despite its 'selling' title. It's beautiful, the soundtrack of course is so EPIC, and the whole thing deserves way more attention.
