Movie Composers - 2022

Everyone knows Johnny Depp, Will Smith & Angelina Jolie. If I say George Lucas or Steven Spielberg, you know these guys. But in the world of cinema, there are legends that too few people recognize and idolize: The movie composers!

Soundtrack! All my life I've been listening to that almost exclusively (that and movie trailer music). In it I find shivers, rage, hope, sadness, tenderness, even without the film. You like rock? Me, it’s movie score.

So here, I wanted to put the spotlight on my music stars. The best of the best in my opinion. Talking of spotlight, it was a whole lot of work matching the source of light! You must have listened to the work of some, you may know the names of the greatest. Of course, I couldn't put everyone, I had to omit legends, some of which are just not my favorites.
Others, on the other hand, remain very honorable mentions: Thomas & David Newman, Marco Beltrami, Roque Baños, … there are so many. Also Hesham Nazih & Natalie Holt whom I discovered recently and whose career I will follow with great interest. Sorry, lack of space.
